Had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and the place felt very welcoming and homely. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a place I’d love to stay at again.

My family and I (four adults and a four year old) very much enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb. The house felt like home - it was clean, well furnished and comfortable. The location worked well for us as we enjoyed a relatively short commute to planned family activities in Boulder and Denver. The surrounding area included several playgrounds, restaurants and grocery stores. We have no hesitation in staying at the Airbnb on our next visit to the Denver area.

The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just blocks from the harbor and an easy drive to Logan airport and downtown Boston. The Kings are wonderful hosts and have thoughtfully maintained and prepared for their guests. The home is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of hot water, and includes everything one might need for a enjoyable stay. A experience.

We stayed at Todd’s place while I was attending a conference in Boston. It was a nice, quiet, and safe place. Even so, I could easily reach central Boston by car. I would definitely come again next time I’m in Boston.

We enjoyed our stay in Quincy. The apt had everything we needed from coffee, snacks, shampoo & conditioner, pack n play & high chair. Our stay was only one night so we didn’t get to explore surrounding area.

Our stay in this house was wonderful. The house is clean and exaclty as listed. There are a lot of nice touches, like including aluminum foil in the kitchen and soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom. Everything is done with a generous hand. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly stood out was how helpful the host was throughout our visit. They were responsive, accommodating, and even went above and beyond by offering to ship back an item we accidentally left behind. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests!

This was a great place to stay, for our large family. It was more spacious than we expected! Very quiet area. Beautiful porch to enjoy our morning coffee. Plenty for the kids to do at the house. Easy commute for us to travel to our whale watch, the Aquarium, the Zoo and Salem. Todd was very responsive to all of our questions.
