This home is one of two units in the building and occupies the entire 1st floor and walk-out basement. The other unit on the 2nd floor is also a short-term rental, the sound insulation between the two is quite good. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood near the beach and you are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. It includes free parking in the driveway for 1-2 cars and any additional cars can park for free on the street.
