Enjoy a comfortable stay in this beautiful, newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath apartment only 150 yards to the beach and convenient access to Boston by car (15-25min) or public transport (30-45min). It's a spacious 1300 sqft, was just fully remodeled, retains plenty of character and boasts loads of windows and light.

Our apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. The home is on the 1st floor of a 2 unit building, you have one apartment above you. Most of the home is on the 1st floor, with one of the bedrooms in the finished basement. Enjoy hard wood floors, a plush king bed and two memory foam queen beds, a large 55" smart TV. There is a comfortable sofa and arm chair with coffee table, dining table and chairs, three comfortable desks for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, shared laundry room, patio with dining table, and back yard.

We stayed here for 3 days. It was lovely. The place is clean and cozy. Beach at a walkable distance is a great bonus! Grocery shops, restaurants, coffee, all are at a small distance from the house and the neighbourhood is pretty quiet.

This airbnb was great! 100% recommend. The place was so spacious for my family and i, great kicthen, great bathrooms. I was worried about Quincy being too far from downtown and other places i wanted to visit, it was just perfect. I recommend taking the north quincy station to get to downtown! only a 18 minute walk there and $2 to get to downtown, as opposed to an expensive uber. this place felt like home, was so cozy, and Todd was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable in our stay!

The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just blocks from the harbor and an easy drive to Logan airport and downtown Boston. The Kings are wonderful hosts and have thoughtfully maintained and prepared for their guests. The home is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of hot water, and includes everything one might need for a enjoyable stay. A experience.

Very nice abnb. Comfortable, clean and well kept, nicely furnished, well stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks and all our kitchen needs. Off street parking space is a real plus and closeness to two T stations with ample free parking makes this a very good choice as a base while exploring Boston and the Boston area including Plymouth and Cape Cod.

Great place to stay with some nearby restaurants within walking distance. We loved the downstairs area, which was private. We appreciated the good coffee and snacks. We were also able to have some family quality time in the living room which was a comfy place to wind down, relax and watch tv.
