Enjoy a comfortable stay in this beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment only 150 yards to the beach and convenient access to Boston by car (15-25min) or public transport (30-45min). It's a spacious 1000 sqft, was just fully remodeled, retains plenty of character and boasts loads of windows and light.

Recharge from your trip in style with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 new queen mem foam beds, 55" TV, new sofa, work & dining areas, new bathroom, walk-in closet, and free off-street parking.

Our apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit building. The entire space was remolded and furnished in 2019 and includes hard wood floors, three memory foam queen beds, a large 55" TV with Netflix, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Discovery+, Disney+, ESPN+ Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Curiosity. There is a second TV in one of the bedrooms, a couple of comfortable sofas with coffee table, dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, shared laundry room, patio with dining table, and back yard.

Clean, spacious, and peaceful little apartment in a nice, quiet part of Quincy, right by the water but also super convenient to the T. The place was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. They also offer very convenient parking on the property. Little touches like coffee and snacks made us feel extra welcome upon arrival. Loved it- we would definitely stay here again!

Todd was very communicative throughout our stay and it was easy to get in and out. The place was great! It had everything we needed and was very beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect being close to the beach and restaurants. We will stay there again if we are in the area. Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend!
