At Cedar House, we've curated this space so you can simply unpack your suitcase and find that everything else you need is already here. With a coastal aesthetic, welcoming new furniture, tasteful decor, and warm wood floors, every corner of this 2,000 sq. ft. retreat invites you to relax and stay a while.

Imagine starting your morning in the beautiful rear addition, where vaulted ceilings and skylights flood the room with natural light. Its the perfect spot for your first cup of coffee before heading out. Spend some time reading on one of your two decks in your tree lined back yard.  Time to work...you have three quiet office spaces to choose from.  When the day is done, you'll find true rest on our beds, made from premium memory foam that remembers you.  Whether you're in the Master King suite or the bunk room, you'll sleep deep and wake up recharged for whatever comes next.  We can host up to 12 guests with 2 Kings, 3 Queens, 1 Bunkbed and a Crib.

We believe a five-star stay is in the details. Youll have everything you need to feel right at home from day one:

The Chefs Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and all the cookware needed for to cook and enjoy meals at home.

Spa-Inspired Bath: Refresh in the custom walk-in rain shower, finished with high-end tile work.

Work & Play: High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspaces make it easy to stay productive, while our Smart TVs are ready for your favorite streaming services.

Laundry & Parking: Enjoy the convenience of a two in-unit washer and dryer and a private driveway with space for up to three cars.

The city is close and the world is within reach. You will find that this house in East Milton is a quiet place that is near everything a traveler needs.

-Beth Israel Deaconess HospitalMilton: 3 minutes. It is very close, just a short walk or drive down the road.
-Downtown Boston: 10 minutes. It is a direct drive to where the history and the city life are.
-Wollaston Beach: 10 minutes. You can walk by the water and feel the salt air.
-Milton T-Station: 3 minutes. The train is there to take you where you need to go.
-Blue Hills Reservation: 12 minutes. The hiking is good there, and the views are honest.
-Logan International Airport: 15 minutes. It is a simple trip for those who are coming or going.
-Acela Amtrak Train Station, Westwood: 10 minutes. Catch the train to New York or Maine.

Private Driveway Parking for up to three cars.  Additional cars can park for free on the street.

You are a 1-minute walk from the bus stop at Squantum St & Antwerp St.  Catch the Route 12 bus to Ashmont Station.  From Ashmont, board the Red Line subway for a direct ride to Downtown Crossing or South Station.
Total Time: Approximately 30-40 minutes from your front door to the heart of Boston.

Cedar Home boasts five smart TVs.  The living room and great rooms each have large screen TVs and three of the bedrooms have TVs.  Enjoy your favorite content on our high-definition Smart TVs, featuring pre-loaded apps for easy login to your personal Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts. The large TVs both also have digital antennas for local stations.

The house was perfect for our family getaway. It was stocked with basics and more. The five bedrooms fit our family of eight comfortably. The common areas were spacious and the family room was very relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor deck with sitting area. It was only 15 minutes away from Boston, which made it convenient to drive back to a quiet neighborhood after enjoying Boston. Todd made sure we were okay and maintained communication throughout our stay. We loved staying at Todd’s place. I would definitely return to this air b&b again.

Todd’s home in Milton is very family friendly it has everything a family could want or need. It’s nicely furnished and has nice bathrooms. The main bathroom downstairs is just beautiful, I wish I could have taken it home with me!😊 I would highly recommend this property,

We had a wonderful stay at Todd’s Airbnb! Todd was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The house was nice and clean, and the beds were especially comfortable. Check-in was easy and straightforward, and we really appreciated that checkout didn’t require a long list of chores like taking out the garbage or doing laundry. It made the end of our stay so much more relaxing. The AC was also a huge plus! It kept the house nice and cold, which we really appreciated since the weather was hot and humid. The only recommendation I would have is adding ceiling fans in the bedrooms. They would help with air circulation and make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Todd’s place!

We absolutely loved staying at this home. The hosts have a lovely and beautiful home. The home is as beautiful as pictured, the neighborhood is peaceful and charming. We booked this place for a small family gathering. The backyard was my favorite place, our toddlers were in the back playing with each other and the location is so peaceful we even went on a walk at dinner time with them. We were annoyed with the fact that the TV in the main living room was playing of the speaker in the second living room but by the time we noticed that it was late and we just let it go. Minus this little hick up, everything was great. The beds are comfortable, the place is spacious, with the ability to barbecue in the back. We felt right at home. I definitely recommend this place and Todd was very responsive and proactive w the booking.
