Super hosts with reasonable house rules, easy check out and minimal cleaning fee. Welcome to our spacious, private and comfortable house. The main living space is an open concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen all connected. In the living room you will find a comfortable love seat and reading chair along with plenty of space to unwind. There is a large dining room table that can accommodate 10+ people. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. It includes a brand-new gas range & dishwasher, spacious fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, knives & cutting board, glasses, flat-wear, and cooking utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, food and snacks. The den includes a large TV, brand new sections sofa and comfy chair. You can enjoy premium digital cable and Netflix, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Discovery+, Disney+, ESPN+ Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Curiosity. We’ve also added a soundbar that you can use with the TV or play music from your device with Bluetooth or an aux cord. There are three bathrooms which are all clean and comfortable. The main bathroom includes a large rain-head shower, tub, marble floating vanity, and is stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and hair drier. The master bath has a standing shower, and all bathrooms have tile floors. There is a good-sized back yard and covered patio and a two-car garage that you are free to use. The unit has its own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in the summer. You are walking/short driving distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. You have full access to the entire home, garage, and outside areas. We are full-time Airbnb hosts and take our guest satisfaction seriously. We will interact with guests as much or as little as they like. Just a few steps from your front door you will find a beautful park and open space with views of the mountains. The park includes a creek, pond, woodlands, multiple bike and walking trails, large public sports fields, an 18-hole frisbee golf course and a nearby public recreation center with pool, gym, racquet ball and basketball courts. Welcome to the Sheridan Green Neighborhood of Westminster, it is a very cozy, safe and quiet neighborhood made up of single family homes. Just a few steps from your front door you will find a beautiful park and open space with views of the mountains. Very close to the bus, bike rides, shopping, recreation center, movie theaters, bars, restaurants, ice skating, and other conveniences.

August 2026 5.00My family and I (four adults and a four year old) very much enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb. The house felt like home - it was clean, well furnished and comfortable. The location worked well for us as we enjoyed a relatively short commute to planned family activities in Boulder and Denver. The surrounding area included several playgrounds, restaurants and grocery stores. We have no hesitation in staying at the Airbnb on our next visit to the Denver area.

August 2026 5.00My husband and I had a wonderful mountain visit planned for my 50th birthday, but I got really sick with altitude sickness the first night. At the last minute I searched for another home back down off the mountain, and Todd’s home popped up available. I reached out with a few last minute questions and we were able to book and get in two hours early, and it saved my vacation! It is a beautiful home. Very clean and just as described. I would stay here every time we came to the area if it was available… but it’s hard to get into because it is such a great place to stay! 10/10 would recommend!

House was clean, beds very comfortable, loved the living room, basement with games, and backyard with games. Close to anything you’d need including coffee shops. Close to both Denver and Boulder. Easy drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Would stay here again

July 2026 5.00Home had lots of space and was well equipped. Appreciated the selection of coffee pods and creamer, as well as snacks. The game room was a nice amenity. The house was very hot when we arrived but after turning the thermostat down, it eventually cooled down but it did take a while. Maybe ask the host to turn it down prior to your arrival.

July 2026 5.00Perfect home in a quiet location. We enjoyed walking in the open space and the location was ideal. Space was clean and very cozy. Loved the darts and ping pong as well as the patio. The house had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! Loved having a garage that we could park in. Thank you so much!

June 2026 5.00We absolutely loved this location! The proximity to shopping, groceries and restaurants was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably and had their own space. It’s hard to find Airbnb‘s with multiple TVs in the house so thank you for that! My teenagers loved the basement with ping-pong and darts. My favorite spot was the hanging swing on the back patio and the bunnies who hung out while I drank my morning coffee. We also had a 10/10 view of the firework show from Westfield community Park on the Fourth of July. Look forward to staying here next year if available!
