Todd was an absolutely wonderful host! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. He was always available to help and genuinely made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The house was beautiful, cozy, and had absolutely everything we could possibly need — from fully stocked kitchen supplies and towels to laundry facilities and all the little details that made it feel like a real home away from home. We stayed for my son’s first birthday celebration, and Todd made the experience even more special with his kindness and flexibility. We truly appreciated how easy and comfortable he made everything for us. Thank you so much, Todd, for being such an amazing host! Awesome place! Very clean, lots of amenities, really pretty layout and rooms. Communication from the host was great and check-in and check-out was seamless.

Out of all the hosts I've experienced, Todd was hands down the best. Besides helping make sure our stay and check in went as planned, Todd also helped us understand the Boston subway train system in order to travel from the AirBnB to the destinations in the city. Todd also offered up other recommendations for dining etc for our entire stay. Todd's advice ensured our stay was the best it could have been. Big thank you.

We were in town for a family function and this place fit our needs. Plenty of room for all of us, with space enough have some time alone to unwind too. Everything was there that we needed: towels, utensils, appliances and more. It was nice having a patio in the back yard to enjoy morning coffee or even the evening bbq. Kitchen table was big enough for all of us to eat at and play games at night. Can't think of anything I'd change and we would certainly come back when the next family function is planned. As advertised and well put together in terms of cleanliness and organization. There are even some snacks left out for guests which was a very nice touch!

Todd, the owner of the property started welcoming us one week before. His place was very nice. Spacious for us. Very comfortable staying. Have all we needed. Small appliances are very handy. Great to communicate with. All my family members are happy with the property.

Traveling with a group of 10 teenagers + adults is always a challenge. Todd helped alleviate the stress of that challenge significantly! Our space was exactly what we needed and Todd was extremely helpful throughout the week. He even provided additional sleeping options, linens, and blankets when our group grew after we booked the listing. The space provided plenty of options for our crew to connect well with one another and build friendships throughout the time there. Our group from Alabama felt right at home!

This place was great. The house was clean and had more than enough space for all of us. Todd was very responsive and helpful. We also loved how close a beach was to this location. We would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our entire stay in Quincy. Walkable to the beach area and the T, quiet neighborhood and Todd, our host, was helpful and responsive. We had up to 6 people staying in the house and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed grilling burgers on the patio and spending quality time with family for the week.

We absolutely loved Todd’s place. Although, we were only a party of 4 there was easily plenty of space for 2 families. My older kids loved having their own space downstairs. The home was clean and had every thing you could think of to include a heating pad, coffee makers on each floor, and kitchen spices and appliances. After searching for parking spaces everywhere else it was nice to be able to come back to the Airbnb and have 2 spaces readily available. Todd also answered every question I had in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this home and would stay here again the next time I am in the Boston area.

This place speaks for itself the kids and all of us felt right at home, there house catered for everything this house maybe only needs a inflatable pool for kids and it’s the best great host great house great environment

Todd made our stay perfectly smooth. Getting in and settled was simple, Todd was in touch throughout, and made checking out was as simple as could be. We had a lovely stay at Todd’s place! The house is comfortable and the location is great during the summer, when we were there! The house has central air which was a welcome relief after visiting the beach and local restaurants. Todd was very responsive and set us up for the youngest member of our party (1 yr old) with a baby gate for the stairs, high chair, and pack and play. The backyard is very private and the outdoor lounge area was lovely! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed every minute of our trip to Boston/Quincy. This home was in the most perfect location for enjoying the local beach, catch a Red Sox game, enjoy museums and shopping, and only a little over an hour to the cape! It was an easy walk to the beach and there is a pathway along the water for morning runs. The red line is only 1/2 a mile away..an easy walk and also has ample parking for only a few dollars. The listing was just as represented in the pictures and description…but was much more spacious and comfortable than we were expecting. Little extra touches like having toilet paper, shampoo and snacks available were so appreciated. This was the first trip that we didn’t run into needing to buy some sort of kitchen item to use during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Loved our stay in Quincy! We drove to Cape Cod one day, went into Boston another, and checked out the Quincy sites another day. There are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby and we loved having room to hang out as a family. Everything was super clean and we loved staying there.

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb in Quincy! The house was incredibly spacious, giving us more than enough room to relax and spread out. The amenities were top-notch: everything felt well thought-out, from the kitchen setup to the comfy beds and the stocked bathrooms. One of the biggest highlights for us was the fenced yard. It was absolutely perfect for our dogs to play and explore safely, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet still super convenient to get around especially since we spent most of our time in Boston. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house was not hard to get to, and there were so many amenities near the property it was easy and quick to get to where we needed in a short distance. Beautiful home! Basement was the highlight of this house along with backyard which we couldn’t make use of due to rain. Todd&Bobbi were very friendly and responsive.

Todd and Bobbi helped us immensely when our previous host backed out last minute. They were extremely accommodating to our 11 month old. Had a pack and play and baby gates. Very spacious home with a lot of comfort. Great responsive hosts.

We were so lucky to have found this wonderful home for our family's Christmas Vacation. Everything we needed was in this home, and there was plenty of room for four adults. The cleanliness was impeccable. The location was great for us since we were here to be with our extended family, who lived 20 minutes away. A wonderful airbnb well-stocked with all the amenities one could need. The owner has put a lot of attention to the details. The flat was very spacious yet cozy, clean, nicely decorated, a kitchen with complimentary coffee, snacks, spices. We felt right at home - the perfect stay for a weekend visiting family in town. Todd was very gracious and responsive. Would stay here again.

I hosted an early holiday family get together at Todd and Bobbi's property. It was convenient to the airport and plenty of space for sleeping, cooking and socializing. The home is in a residential neighborhood with a few convenience stores close by and in an easy driving distance to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and walking/ running paths. This was a great place for my family to get to spend time together. Really enjoyed the space and appreciated the thoughtful details to make it easy to feel at home there.

This place was great. It served our needs and the area is close to downtown Boston. It was a great stay. The person in the Airbnb upstairs was loud when walking, but it didn’t wake us up at night. They left a note and some snacks which the kids loved. Overall great stay and would stay again!

We really enjoyed staying here and felt immediately at home. There were many thoughtful features and everything was at hand that we might need. The decor was relaxed and rustically stylish, with modern amenities. Very comfortable. There was a useful guide for local restaurants etc which was very helpful. Todd and Bobbi checked in with us twice during our stay and left us a lovely note. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay at Todd and Bobbys. We especially loved the shower and how organized the place is. We ate at several places they recommended and had a great time! The basement was great for my daughter’s family and we really appreciated the pack and play and protective gate for our toddler to be safe. This place was great and would love to come back! We loved the quiet little neighborhood. It was so nice to come “home” after a day of being a tourist and traveling. They had snacks waiting for us, laundry detergent readily available, spices to cook, etc. they really did think of everything. I also appreciated the smooth instructions to get in and check out. What a wonderful stay we had in Todd’s & Bobbi’s house everything you could imagine you might need or want was at hand. Todd accommodated an early and late checkout for us even though he has guests coming and leaving both at the start and end. Very safe neighbourhood and less than 10 mins walk to the beach ( no swimming there)and local grocery. WiFi excellent and loads of space . Excellent honest hosts answered every query and couldn’t have been more helpful thanks so much
